New Years Night



SUPPLIES:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "New Year Night" By Lysisange and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Bling In The New Year" by Kizzed By Kelz" and can be purchased HERE

  Font Used is One Starry Night (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

LET'S BEGIN:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Elem.113 as a new layer
Tick the inside of each frame with your magic wand while holding down the shift key
Selections, Modify, Expand 2
Paste various portions of your tubed image into the frame
Selection, Invert, Delete
Use your eraser tool to clean up 
X out the white background and merge everything
Un X white background
Apply a drop shadow of choice to the film
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Resize as needed and place at the right
Paste Elem.120 as a new layer
Place at the bottom under the tubed image
Paste Elem.49 as a new layer
Place under the film layer
Paste Elem.37 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the top left under the film layer
Paste Elem.56 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Image, Free Rotate, Right 16
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.122 as a new layer
Resize 31%
Place at the bottom left 
Paste Elem.68 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.105 as a new layer
Resize 37%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.114 as a new layer
Resize 28%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.14 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom
Paste Elem.8 as a new layer
Resize 84%
Image, Free Rotate, Left 90
Place at the bottom
Use your eraser tool to clean up 
Paste Elem.116 as a new layer
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
