Blue Snow Queen



SUPPLIES:

  PSP XII

  PTU tube used is called "Snow Queen" By Chris Pastel and can be purchased HERE

  PTU scrap kit used is called "Christmas Chill" By Mysterfeerie and can be purchased HERE

   Mask used is Mask 500 from Weescottlass and can be found HERE

   Font Used is Sweetline Free Demo (FTU)

**This tutorial is written with the understanding that the user has a good working knowledge of psp and the usage of it's various tools.**

LET'S BEGIN:

Open a new work space 700 X 500
Flood fill white
Paste Paper 8 as a new layer
Apply mask of choice
Paste Elem.64 as a new layer
Resize 88%
Paste your tubed image of choice as a new layer
Resize as needed and place at the left
Paste Elem.71 as a new layer
Resize 68%
Place at the top right under tubed image
Paste Elem.29 as a new layer
Resize 90%
Place at the bottom right
Duplicate
Slide to the left
Paste Elem.27 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Image, Mirror
Place at the top right corner 
Paste Elem.41 as a new layer
Resize 62%
Place at the bottom left under tubed image layer
Use your eraser tool to remove excess snow
Paste Elem.78 as a new layer
Place at the left
Send under everything
Use eraser tool to remove excess snow
Paste Elem.12 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.67 as a new layer
Resize 34%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.69 as a new layer
Resize 23%
Place at the bottom right
Paste Elem.45 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Place at the top left corner
Duplicate
Move to the right
Paste Elem.9 as a new layer
Resize 51%
Place at the right under the other elements
Paste Elem.35 as a new layer
Resize 25%
Image, Mirror
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.30 as a new layer
Resize 20%
Place at the bottom left
Paste Elem.61 as a new layer
Resize 21%
Place at the bottom right
X out the white background
Merge Everything
Adjust, Sharpen
Apply the appropriate © and watermark as desired
Save as a png for a transparent background
